THE FALL 2013 ACADEMIC YEAR

ELIGIBLE NEW YORK STATE ASSSOCIATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

•  BE A FULL TIME/REGULAR EMPLOYED IN NEW YORK STATE
•  BE A MEMBER OF EITHER THE CWA OR IBEW UNION
•  CURRENTLY HAVE A NEW YORK STATE WORK ADDRESS
•  CURRENTLY HAVE 8 YEARS OF NET CREDITED SERVICE WITH VERIZON
OR
HAVE 8 YEARS OF NET CREDITED SERVICE BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2013

ANY ASSOCIATE THAT MEETS THESE CRITERIA CAN NOW START THEIR REGISTRASTION.

Registration for Fall 2013 began on Monday, August 08, 2011 at 9:00 am and
will be completed at 9:00 am on Friday, November 18, 2011

Web registration will be available 24 hours 7 days a week
during the open registration period.

If you have already registered and need to update your record, please enter your SSN on the first page of the registration form and click the Continue Registration button. You will then be prompted to enter your confirmation number. You must have your confirmation number to make any changes. If you have lost this number, you make email us a request for it.
